960 Tournaments

15 seconds is not enough time to start a 960 game. It takes considerable time to figure out where all the pieces are and a decent first move. I would recommend at least changing it to 30 seconds in 960.
Since studying the starting position in 960 is part of the game, why shouldn't the timer start immediately (before move 1 is even played)?
Would it be possible to not show the board or show a default board before the start of the game and then add a button saying sthg like "start game" that would have to be clicked first? As soon as white clicks that button, the timer could start and both players could see the actual starting position.
