How to detect a chess-bot?

Few days ago, I was watching Monthly bullet and I have an -or that I think- interesting question. How is it possible to detect bot? Because, "JustPatzer" like very human-like and had games with terrible mistakes and loses against many lower players -even berserking-

i saw many games against blitzstream and he did the same mistakes with the same moves, he takes few seconds before starting the game. High rated player don't play like that ( strange moves , strange mistakes etc .... ) . Thibault watched the monthly bullet arena and he took the decision to ban him .
