Introducing the Lichess.org app for Android Tablet!!!!

Not really, but wouldn't it be cool if one existed? One of you smart people should develop one.

LOL. I was gonna be like 'beat me to it' until I read the first post.

I'm just too busy and this state will continue at least till the summer, but after that I may just learn Scala and hack together an app for Android (I guess scalachess can act as an API of sorts, though I'd need more than that). Several features will be missing though, at least initially.

Too busy to do anything about it at the moment though. And I'm not making any guarantees either. Lila exceeds 30k lines of code and that would at least need some preparation before anything can be done.

I don't think one needs scala knowledge. What's missing is a HTTP/Websocket API to interact with the lichess.org server. And I avoid providing one to make cheater bots harder to code! Here's the problem.

Thanks for the comparison, however now I feel compelled to mention that we never said when the mobile app will be ready.
