I like the way it is.
Fully agree that there could be a solution only if BOTH beserk.
Best example for wrong rating are probably those 10+0 rapid arenas.
If you look at those, top 10 players have almost 100% berserk rate there.
That means, that they play out a 5+0 game and let it be rated on their rapid rating.
1,5 minutes vs. 3 minutes is still blitz, since you are using opponents time...
Berserk is legal sandbagging; and its actually noted in the stats: how many games are with berserk.
