The long awaited trial of clousems

Okay, as the juror, i put forward a motion for @clousems to build a new matterhorn if found guilty
@clousems lives on and yet there is no action. Why? Why do we sit around and watch as he brings anarchy and sets back world peace?

Isn't bongclouding the antithesis of good conduct?

My alternate account uses the hammerschlag as a near mandatory opening.

Your Honour, I object the statement by Verylate. Though the bongcloud is notoriously handicapping to its performer, it does not qualify as bad conduct. On the contrary, it should be viewed as good conduct, since the accusee would greatly enhance the odds of success of his opponent at the expense of his own, thereby doing a good service to the chess community.

1. e4 e5 2. Ke2.

It's strictly worse than the Hammerschlag, which is 1. f3! e5 2. Kf2!!!!!!!^5
Your Honour, as Ombudsman I see no objection in the citizen Clousems' wishes of using the Hammerschlag in stead of the Bongcloud. Citizen @Zurel, has the honourable Jury reached a verdict?
